Kuvaus

These coasters combine function and form in a way that makes them more than just protection for the table. With their geometric pattern and elegant design, they become small works of art that add character and harmony to the setting. The open structure allows light and shadow to play across the surface, creating a dynamic impression that brings every table arrangement to life.Coasters have a long tradition and were already used in the eighteenth century in Europe’s finer salons, where they were seen as a sign of style and good taste. They protected tabletops made of precious wood from stains and rings, while also serving as a subtle expression of the host’s care. Today, they are just as practical but also an opportunity to express personal style.Did you know that the word coaster once also referred to small textile mats placed under glasses and decanters? Over time they developed in a variety of materials and shapes, from silver and wood to modern interpretations. These coasters carry on that tradition while giving it a contemporary touch. A timeless detail that both protects and beautifies, turning every serving into a more thoughtful experience.
